Seth A. Slick    Associate 

Mr. Slick has devoted his legal career to the practice of oil and gas law and brings more than twenty years of domestic energy related experience to the firm.

Mr. Slick has handled an extensive variety of energy matters, including:

- All phases of negotiation and documentation of exploration and seismic ventures, acquisitions and divestitures of producing properties;

- Pooling and unitization issues, leasing and conveyancing; and

- Energy related financing transactions, management arrangements, consulting agreements and services contracts.

Mr. Slick has recently served as the firm's liaison partner in its capacity as general counsel to a large international company having exploration and production operations in the Gulf of Mexico. Mr. Slick has examined title to, and rendered countless opinions for, drilling, revenue distribution and financing purposes covering lands situated in Texas and its coastal waters.
