Donna Summer    Associate 

Ms. Summer joined the firm as an associate and practices in the areas of corporate, securities law and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Summert represents both public and private companies in a variety of legal matters, including:

Preporting and compliance under federal and state securities laws, stock exchange and NASD rules;
Public and private offerings of securities;
Mergers and acquisitions;
Venture capital financing;
Contract drafting and negotiation; and
General corporate matters, shareholder and governance issues.

Ms. Summert earned her Bachelor of Arts in Music, with minors in Philosophy and History from the University of Saint Thomas. She is admitted to practice law in Texas.
