Mr. Weinberger is a Partner with the firm and primarily practices in the areas of property loss litigation and insurance coverage. Prior to joining our firm, in June of 2003, Harold was with the firm of Smith and Corona. While at Smith and Corona, Harold handled some of the largest subrogation cases in New York from inception through trial.
