Dennis L. Franklin    Partner 

Mr. Franklin is a partner in the New York office. He practices primarily in the areas of commercial bankruptcy, commercial litigation and business transactions. He primarily represents debtors, creditors, secured and unsecured and bankruptcy trustees in routine and complex matters before the United States Bankruptcy Court. He is also experienced in representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts in the areas of commercial business litigation, foreclosures and collections. His practice also includes the representation of financial institutions, business capital companies and businesses in secured financing transactions with an emphasis on those involving marine vessels and equipment. Mr. Franklin is also a member of the Energy and Environmental Practice Team and has experience with mineral operations, leasing and transactions/disputes between working interest/royalty and landowners.
