Mr. Green has a diverse litigation practice, centered around defense of products liability, major casualty, toxic tort and aviation matters. He is an experienced trial lawyer with numerous jury trials in State and Federal Courts in Alabama.

Mr. Green draws from his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, when defending manufacturers of aerial devices, earth moving equipment, cranes, engines, medical devices, valves and other industrial and consumer products. He has counseled companies on product safety and bulletins and has been responsible for product recalls.

In toxic tort and environmental litigation, Mr. Green has defended manufacturers, suppliers and premises owners for many years in asbestos, chemical and other occupational exposure cases. Mr. Green also has significant experience in aviation matters. He regularly represents manufacturers, air carriers, and airports in cases involving fatal mishaps, personal injury, premises liability, and FAA regul
